The Pet Award Show, also referred to as "PAS," is an independent, fan-made project operated from Lebanon to celebrate pets, updates, and community moments from the Roblox experience Adopt Me.

PAS is not an official Adopt Me, Uplift Games, Roblox, YouTube, or Google project. PAS is not sponsored, approved, operated, or endorsed by Uplift Games LLC, Roblox Corporation, YouTube, Google, or any of their partners or affiliates.

This disclaimer applies to PAS pages, videos, artwork, graphics, and other material that contains or refers to Adopt Me content or intellectual property.

03Adopt Me and Uplift Games Content

Adopt Me, its pets, characters, game items, environments, names, artwork, images, sounds, designs, logos, and related materials belong to Uplift Games LLC or their respective rights holders.

Any Adopt Me materials displayed by PAS are used only to identify, discuss, review, celebrate, or create fan content relating to the game. PAS does not claim ownership of:

• Adopt Me or its name;
• Adopt Me pets, characters, items, environments, or artwork;
• Uplift Games trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property;
• screenshots, promotional images, wallpapers, or other official Adopt Me materials; or
• any other third-party content appearing on PAS services.

Nothing in this notice grants PAS or its visitors a licence to use intellectual property belonging to Uplift Games or another rights holder. A disclaimer does not create permission. PAS should use third-party material only where permission, a published licence, or applicable law allows that use, and should not use Uplift Games trademarks or logos in connection with fan material unless Uplift Games permits that use.

04Roblox Content

Roblox, the Roblox name and logo, Roblox usernames, and the Roblox platform belong to Roblox Corporation or their respective owners. PAS is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.

References to Roblox usernames may be used for voting administration and team-application review. PAS does not claim that a submitted username has been verified or that the person submitting it owns the related Roblox account.

PAS will never ask visitors for their Roblox password, authentication code, recovery information, Robux, or in-game items. Visitors should review the Roblox Terms of Use and Roblox Name and Logo Guidelines.

05Original PAS Content and Ownership

Original PAS material may include:

• original website layout and interface design;
• original written text and descriptions;
• the original selection, arrangement, and presentation of the PAS show;
• original videos, animations, scripts, and production material;
• original trophies, graphics, illustrations, and branding;
• original photographs and behind-the-scenes material; and
• other original work created specifically for PAS.

Original material is owned by the individual creator or by the person or organisation to whom the creator validly transferred the relevant rights. The project name "PAS" does not by itself replace or override the ownership rights of individual creators.

Where PAS publishes material created by a team member, artist, or contributor, PAS will seek the permission needed for that use and provide credit where appropriate. Copyright protection in an original PAS work does not extend to Adopt Me pets, characters, artwork, trademarks, or other third-party material included within that work.

Submitting a team application does not transfer or license ownership of an applicant's portfolio, past work, ideas, or other existing material merely identified or linked in the application. If an applicant later joins the PAS team, permissions, credits, ownership, and permitted uses for work created or supplied for PAS should be agreed separately before that work is used.

06Permitted Use of PAS Content

You may:

• visit and view public PAS pages for personal use;
• share links to public PAS pages or videos;
• mention PAS in discussions, reviews, reactions, and social media posts; and
• use short portions of PAS material where permitted by applicable copyright law.

Unless the relevant rights holder gives written permission, you may not:

• copy or republish substantial parts of a PAS website or publication;
• download and re-upload complete PAS videos;
• remove credits, copyright notices, watermarks, or disclaimers;
• present PAS content as your own;
• use the PAS name, logo, trophy, graphics, or branding to create a confusingly similar project;
• sell or commercially exploit original PAS content;
• falsely claim to represent, sponsor, partner with, or work for PAS; or
• use PAS content in a misleading, harmful, unlawful, or offensive way.

PAS cannot give permission to use content belonging to Uplift Games, Roblox, YouTube, Google, or another third party. Permission for that material must come from the relevant rights holder unless applicable law permits the use without permission.

07Community and Contributor Content

Some artwork, photographs, quotes, videos, messages, or other material may be created or provided by PAS team members, artists, community members, or other contributors. Ownership remains with the relevant creator unless those rights have been transferred in a valid written agreement.

Team-application answers, descriptions of skills, and links or references to previous work are not treated as contributor content under this section unless the applicant separately submits material for PAS to publish or use.

Anyone submitting material to PAS confirms that:

• they created the material or have permission to provide it;
• the material does not violate copyright, privacy, trademark, or other rights;
• the material is not unlawful, harmful, misleading, or offensive;
• the information they provide is accurate; and
• if they are not legally old enough to grant the permission below, their parent or legal guardian has authorised the submission.

Unless separate submission rules state otherwise, the contributor gives the operator of PAS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to display, reproduce, make technical or formatting edits to, promote, and archive the submitted material in connection with PAS, its website, shows, videos, promotional posts, and related activities. The contributor keeps any ownership rights they hold. This permission does not allow PAS to sell the submission as a separate product.

PAS may reject or remove a submission. Contributors should not submit confidential material or creative ideas they do not want PAS to review or use for the submitted purpose.

08YouTube and Google

YouTube, the YouTube logo, Google, and related trademarks belong to Google LLC, YouTube LLC, or their respective owners.

PAS may use YouTube API Services to display public information about the PAS YouTube channel and its videos, including subscriber counts, views, likes, and comment counts. That information may change, be delayed, be rounded, or become unavailable.

Use of YouTube-powered features is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube API Services Terms, and Google Privacy Policy.

09Fonts, Icons, and Technical Resources

Fonts, icons, symbols, software libraries, and other technical resources may be provided under open-source or third-party licences. These resources remain the property of their respective creators and are used under the applicable licence terms. Use of a third-party resource does not mean its creator sponsors or endorses PAS.

10Copyright Reports

PAS respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe material on a PAS service uses your copyrighted work without permission, contact [email protected] and provide:

• your name and reliable contact details;
• identification of the protected work;
• the exact PAS page, file, or material concerned;
• an explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorised;
• information showing that you own or represent the relevant rights;
• a good-faith statement that the information in your report is accurate; and
• the action you are requesting.

PAS may request additional information. Where appropriate, PAS may remove, replace, restrict, or add credit to the material while the report is reviewed. This is a general copyright-reporting process and does not represent that PAS has registered a designated agent under any particular statutory scheme.

11No Transfer of Rights

Accessing PAS does not transfer any copyright, trademark, ownership, or other intellectual property rights to visitors. Any rights not expressly granted remain reserved by the relevant owner.

12Changes to This Notice

PAS may update this notice when the project, services, ownership arrangements, or applicable third-party requirements change. The updated version will be published with a revised "Last updated" date.
